Sometime next March, I will be speaking at one of their series of virtual trainings on Sustainable Pest Management Encompasses Whole Farm Systems Thinking. My subject will be biological control of mealybugs in grapes.

I think this would strengthen both organizations. WFA could draw on expertise from many of our AAIE members.

Devin Carroll. AAIE has been a big part of my life since I was introduced by Greg Gaffney and Everett Dietrich in 1989. I served on the board for about 15 years, including 3 times President. I live in Fresno, and have covered the San Joaquin Valley from Kern County to Merced, mostly in vines and tree crops including nuts, citrus, and tree fruit. Mostly retired now, I have a half dozen clients, mainly organic, giving advice on biological control and ants. I play piano and compose music, keep our house clean and meals served, and visit kids and grandkids with my wife Claire.
